I'm Alesia Briggs, Executive Coach and Founder of Briggs Consulting. By day I'm a senior leader at a Fortune 500 company. By night and weekend, I coach leaders, managers, and professionals who are ready to grow on purpose. I hold two Master's degrees in Leadership and Education and more than 20 certifications across coaching, communication, and organizational development, and I've coached at every level from first-time managers to C-suite executives across industries. My approach blends academic rigor with real-world application, because leadership principles are universal: they work in corporate, in your business, and at home.

Here's what I know: You don't need another leadership theory.
