You opt in to SMS during the 90-Day Brand Builder Challenge onboarding flow after checkout at coachbriggs.com/challenge/onboarding. By entering your mobile number, checking the consent box, and submitting the onboarding form, you agree to receive text messages as described below.

By opting in, you will receive non-marketing text messages related to your active enrollment, including:

- Accountability reminders
- Weekly check-ins
Message Frequency
Up to 1 message per day for the duration of your active program (90 days), plus weekly check-ins. Frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all SMS messages. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
